By navigating this site or submitting specifications through our contact forms, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. All engineering consulting arrangements require an independent Statement of Work (SOW) executed by both parties before software deliverables or code commits are initiated.
[02]Intellectual Property
The codebases, architectural designs, algorithms, and technical blueprints written by Alpha Square during a consultancy project belong strictly to the client upon full payment of fees, subject to standard carve-outs for pre-existing utility tools, libraries, and open-source packages.
[03]Warranty & Liability Disclaimers
Our consulting advice and software deliverables are constructed according to elite industry standards. However, unless explicitly outlined in a Master Services Agreement (MSA), code architectures and advice are delivered "as-is" without statutory warranties. Alpha Square is not liable for system outages, data loss, or server expenditure fluctuations occurring in downstream environments.
[04]Governing Law & Arbitrations
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflicts of law criteria. Any formal disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.
